On 43 hectares, the estate hosts multiple activities:
- an agricultural component, committed to organic production (market gardening, goat rearing); enriched by an apiary, a collection of hedges, educational activities, and a pasture.
- a cultural component, structuring and federating, offering work spaces, meetings, workshops and residences for artists and associations; the iddac equipment pool for cultural professionals and the biblio.gironde relay for professionals from the Médoc libraries; large and small-scale events for all audiences.
- In each of its activities, the Domaine Départemental de Nodris strives to give the site its full dimension of solidarity by integrating all of the public supported by the social partners into its proposals.
The ambition of the project is based on a vast development programme undertaken by the Department of Gironde in 2020, for four years.
