Tamara Fernando & Matthew Totaro

Tamara Fernando

Tamara Fernando is a choreographer, dancer and director. She choreographed her first show at the Folies Bergère (Les Souliers Rouges). She also choreographs for music videos, commercials, events, and museum performances. In February 2021 she created her own dance company “La Mamma”. She directed and choreographed two short dance films, one of them mixing dance and poetry: the image offers possibilities that have always attracted Tamara’s interest. Narrative has an important place in her choreographic work, having trained as an actress at the studio Pygmalion studio. Tamara has performed in several plays and musicals, on different stages in Paris (Café de la Gare, Trévise, Palais des Congrès, Espace Cardin…). After training at the Conservatoire de Danse d’Avignon, Tamara danced in several companies (Ballet National de Marseille, Ballet Basel, Blanca Li…) before tasting the freelance life, which led her to work in various artistic fields (cinema, fashion, television…) dancing with artists such as Stromae, Mika or Prince…

Matthew Totaro

Matthew Totaro is an Italian dancer from Naples. At the age of 11, he discovered breakdance and trained in this discipline, becoming a self-taught performer. He first experienced the world of
Breakdance competitions. With his crew Deklan they became Italian and European champions.
This recognition in the world of Hip Hop led Matthew to the world of entertainment and television, collaborating with Franco Dragone, various choreographers and Italian artists.

In recent years Matthew Totaro has been developing his own style of breakdancing, combining
contemporary dance. He is based in Paris for love, and to develop his career in France.
